Third ANNUAL  Judged ART Show & Sale

May 7, 8 & 9, 2010 at 10 St. Margaret’s Street, Buzzards Bay, MA

HOW to EXHIBIT ART

We will accept LOCAL visual and performing art from Bourne residents, our neighbors from surrounding towns and students.

GUIDELINES for Art Show Participation:

1.  Visual art should be original work only, framed and ready to hang  [students waved]

 

2.  Three dimensional piece (s) must provide its own stand (s)

 

3.  Total number of items submitted by one artist is limited to four (3)

     An entry fee of $15.00 per ARTIST for one (1) UP TO three [3] pieces. $6.00 fee per if more

 

4.  Items need to be brought to  10 St. Margaret’s Street, Buzzards Bay on Thursday April 29 from 5-7  

     Friday April 30 from 9-11 and 5-7; On Sunday May 310-2

    Art will be picked up between 4:30 PM & 7:00PM Sunday, May 9, 2010 and Monday May 10

            4-7 PM – this is very important you note this is the only time for pick up

 

5. You are asked to attach to the back or bottom of your work a 3X5 or 4X6 index card printed with

    your NAME – MEDIA - Sale Price or N.F.S & your TELEPHONE Number.  No work will be

    accepted without this information.

 

Hours of Show: Open Friday @ 4:00PM, Artist’s Reception 6-8:00PM – Sat hours 1-6:00PM & Sun 11-4:00PM

 

This event will be promoted as a Judged Show & Sale.

NO fee will be asked for items sold at show.  VISA & MasterCard will be available for sales of ART with a 3% fee charged back to seller for fee attached for use of Credit Card 

Artists will be paid for their sales upon sale by buyer unless Credit Card is used.  There will be a 3 day wait for this payment for processing.
